Hi everyone, so after I quickly moved through NL2z (7bb/100) and NL5z (13bb/100) I am currently struggling after my first 10k hands on NL10 with a winrate of -8bb/100. I wanted to dive a bit into my HM3 database to find some obvious things that I'm doing wrong before proceeding. I don't have a lot of experience with this though and for most stats, I'm unsure what default/good values should be.

Could someone take a look? That would be much appreciated! I upload you some pictures here, if someone would be up for a deeper look you can also download my database here. All the stats below are only based on NL5 and NL10, as I don't think my NL2 stats are representative of my game anymore.
