What do you Think of my ranges?
Hi!
I play microstakes MTT 1$ - 5$. Ive been playing but cant get out of micros, part of variance, and part of bad plays by me. I decided to start again, and modify my ranges, to be a little bit tighter. These ranges im going to start to use. What do you think? Of course they are going to be modified if the table is to nit or too loose. This would be for 40bb+. Below those bb ill go tighter. What do you think of it? and the opening size?

Opening sizes seem fine to me, except in the small blind, where I'd go substantially looser. Regarding ranges: you can be much looser; you are undervaluing suited hands a lot. (You should for instance be opening A2s as early as UTG+2.)
Hey! Ty for answering! Right i did that since i think i have an edge on micros. However if I open A2s in UTG+2, Im opening every suited ace, tons of suited connectors, all the pairs, etc. And i would be dominated by ton of aces that could call me having reverse implied odds. I opening A4s in UTG+2 would be dominated by all calling aces from BU for ex.

That's a reason for opening looser, not tighter. You can beat them postflop!

Nope! A2s is a way stronger open than 44 or 76s. Less likely to be 3bet & more likely to make the nuts. You are undervaluing suited Aces!

Yup. But that's not as much of a problem as you seem to think it is! Just play more careful when you flop an Ace and bluff at some frequency when you don't.

Would you say UTG to be 44+, A5s, A8s+, A9o+, KQo, 98s+?
And the get looser of course with every seat closer to bu.
My UTG range would be approximately 77+, A8s+, A5s, AJo+, KTs+, KQo, QTs+, JTs, T9s. So slightly heavier in suits / high cards.
Seems very tight to me. I don't know the micros well so it might be that playing extraordinarily tight is to your advantage, but I'd have to be very confident to deviate so much from standard.
