Both players were ok, don't have enough hands on them but they were running reasonable stats. SB leads on this board which seems really bizzare and I decide to fold pretty easily since the OR hasn't taken action yet and its an A high flop. I think raising is out of the question and flatting seems bad the times that UTG will raise us which should be on a pretty high frequency. Am I missing something? Should we be calling/raising any frequency, maybe with a backdoor FD but even then I don't think its profitable cause of how often we might get raised?

I would always defend sc in this situation... but when you see sb leading and the utg calling, without the backdoor i generally, playing turbo sng's wouldn't be creative here; simply fold and pray to one of those two go broke.
We can discuss this situation in an mtt or other kind of tournaments, but with this kind of action, without the backdoor, keep it simple. If you have the backdoor, you shouldn't (but you can start to be more creative) change to much the approach but you have more room to think about other moves.
WP.
I like the fold on the flop, it seems most of the time they will have you beaten, not only by having a better mad hand, they will have better bluffs.
Calling is def. not bad but folding seems ok.
You are having ICM considerations folding is better than calling.
