SB 3 barrel me on J5492 and folded to my river raise (had 86cc). SB and HJ has been playing pretty loose, HJ on his phone and playing like 65/60 and BB 45/40 (he completed a big blind against me with 53o)

dafuq. I think I can be ahead of SB range, I don't see many value hands that he has here that needs protection and HJ betting frequency is quite high on flops. Obv can't raise for value but fold or call here with HJ left to act ?
