Turn pairing the board after x/r flop

Blinds: t600/t1,200 (9 Players) SB: 70,168
BB: 54,434 (Hero)
UTG: 97,330
UTG+1: 8,574
MP: 16,900
MP+1: 27,336
MP+2: 37,952
CO: 73,078
BN: 55,720
Preflop (1,800) Hero is BB with 6 K
UTG raises to 2,640, 7 folds, Hero calls 1,440
Flop (6,960) 5 J Q
Hero checks, UTG bets 2,400, Hero raises to 7,660, UTG calls 5,260
Turn (22,280) 5 J Q Q
Hero checks, UTG bets 9,803, Hero folds
Final Pot UTG wins 22,280

I think in hindsight it was a mistake to x the turn, he should now be folding his AT and probably his AK, I block KJ and KQ. How should I play that?
