Turbo final tables strategy

I would be greatful for some of your thoughts on theese two scenarios. Both scenarios are final tables with shallow stacks. I'm looking for answers in a very genarl way.

Case 1: Good regs. What do you think is the optimal strategy here? Shove NASH regardless of stack size? If not what effective stack size are you considering opening opposed to shoving?

Case 1: Mix of good regs and people that dosn't seem too ICM aware (calling of too light). Obv thing to do here is to tighten up, right? Question is just how much we should tighten up. And are you more inclined to have a minraise range?

Do you even think there is much of an edge to be had in $100+ turbo MTTs? If so it feels like most of our edge should come from final tables with bad opponents, right?
