Hi .
Vilian open EP 24% . Cbet 40% , deleyd cbet 99%
I wonder if we can play here jam on the river and throw away all week Ax . When he chceked flop I gave him week Ax , underpair, KQ,KJ, and trap whit AT . I blocked stright and FD so he have more Ax in his range . What U think can We jam river ??

His value range OTR also has AA, 88, KK, KT, QT, JT, T9, T8, besides AT and TT.
Basically by shoving river he needs to fold 50% of his range, therefore 90% of his Ax, if you think you can achieve that, jamming will be good.
since you're giving him all this weak range why didnt bet on the flop? giving the info you gave IMO you would extract more by betting IP e let him bluffcatcher you than playing passive like you did..
as played i think its like gusma said, if you manage him to fold all the splits then its fine.
I usually play pre-flop jam here for somebody open over 20% EP but this little buble 11left and therfore I played so passive here and maybe litile scary :)
