to flat or 4b bluff

Blinds: t700/t1,400 (8 Players) UTG: 64,966
MP: 52,853
UTG+1: 16,785
MP+1: 20,325
CO: 67,499 (Hero)
BN: 75,770
SB: 34,722
BB: 68,156
Preflop (2,100) Hero is CO with J A
4 folds, Hero raises to 2,800, BN raises to 7,125, 2 folds, Hero calls 4,325
Simple question, what goes into our decision about whether to turn our hand into a bluff and 4b or to flat call and play oop? AJ "feels" too strong to 4b, but how about AT - how do we make this more math based?

AJo is quite difficult to play OOP! If the villain has high 3bet steal % and high fold to 4bet%, I would probably rather 4bet AJo! IP I would probably just flat (Ofc mixing it up some times)
