Pre is obviously borderline crazy. As for the flop you definately should bet more than 800 wheb the board is semi draw heavy.

Id have to say overall you got extremely lucky in this hand.

I forget to mention villain is a random and like plays poor post flop.

Whats the bottom of our range here?

I am worried if I bet big villain will fold all his air.

I'm only opening hands that I'm comfortable calling off vs. HJ, and prob. CO and UTG1. You're getting great odds when the shortys shove, but Q4o plays so bad. Hands like this are just going to be too hard to steal or play post with UTG IMO, esp. with a big stacked BB and the fact that if you're ever flatted by any of the players behind you, you will be OOP post. Hands like K4o, etc. means you're opening around 50% of hands which I think is way too wide here. If the table hasn't been too crazy, I'd imagine I'm opening somewhere around 15-20% ish at most with just under 30bb. If your image is right and the table has been tight, I might open a bit wider, but that's read dependent, game flow dependent, etc.

such a dream flop is extremely rare and most of the time in those 180s some shortstack behind u will shove and u will lose ur 800 open so i think its too optimistic to think that ur utg open will go through so much to make this play +ev

When you say 'most of the time' you are implying i think more than 50%. And thats simply not true, and you haven't taken into account that we don't need to get through more than 50%. How often do we get through? How often do we need to get through? Which % of our opponents 3bet hands contain a queen.?
