Thinking of getting into MTT's where does one start?
Hope this isn't a TLDR and honestly not sure if this goes here, but I mainly play NL/PLO 20c. I'd like to start grinding tourneys since they seem not too hard on the site I play on since it has low traffic. My question is I know watching videos here is great but is there any books or other literature I should be looking into? I feel like I have no clue where my shoving and all that bb with chip stack dependent stuff is explained? Thanks for the help!

As a starting point I found Kill Everyone quite a useful intro to a lot of MTT concepts though it is a bit outdated nowadays. After that I would recommend using something like ICMizer and running different spots at different stack depths to get a better idea of what your shoving range should be in each spot.
Then continue to experiment and post hands you are unsure about.
What do you consider outdated in KE exactly?
In hindsight outdated is not the best description but I found the chapters in post flop play very basic and certainly in online mtt's currently will be quite ineffective. I also think a lot of the preflop stuff does not cover a lot of the adjustments you can make.
For example there is a lot of emphasis on Nash shoving ranges but there are a lot of edges to be had not following these precisely and raise folding or making other exploitative plays instead.
Isn't flop play not a very important part of this book anyhow?
Additionally, isn't Nash push/fold for cases where you think the Villain has a post-flop edge on you?
