Theory question on re steal spots sb vs late opens
Recently I have noticed a pattern that I am getting knocked out of MTT's by trying to re-steal all in vs late opens in the sb /bb from btn with weakish hands.
If I am down to 16-20bb and have a hand that is not necessarily ahead of the late persons open, Is it wrong to shove with a hand like K6s / T8s If I think I have enough fold equity from having a tight image and the late openener having a 40% open? If called im obviously behind but have equity with mid suited cards.
If I run the hand through Iceimizer it shows me the hands I should be re shoving with, but it doenst take into account fold equity? Its all good and well waiting for hands that are ahead of the range but surly I should be taking other spots to try and keep a playable stack?
Any advice on re-steals would be great and much appreciated.

icmizer does take into account your foldequity.
TY for responding to the thread. I gathered as much. Any suggestions?
Do you use a HUD when you play. This is usually the easiest way to find out who to make light 3b shoves on. If you can see from stats that someone opens quite wide from a position and folds a lot to 3bs then usually they are good people to steal light against. It sounds like you might be concentrating on what hand you are choosing to resteal with instead of who it is best to do it against. Both hands you chose are great candidates for light resteals but if you are trying to resteal against someone who doesn't have a fold button or against someone who opens tight and calls off with most of their range then they are obviously mistakes.
