33 players left and my stack is a little below average.
At first folding A7 seems too tight, but almost any flop will leave me guessing where I stand. 3-betting seems no option either, because villain can respond by 4-betting wide or by raising wide postflop. Since a call or a 3-bet by me can both be exploited, folding becomes the only option. Is this correct?

If not, is my postflop play correct? I am assuming here that villain will stack off A9+, a worse two pair, and any good draw (eg. pair and flush or straight draw)

Against a weaker player this seems ok. Range wise, ace is one of the worst turns for your x/c range so if you start x/r this hand category and only calling 8x (or worse) your river range will be probably too weak and exploitable.

Agreed with this, but should we really worry about that in a spot that it is unlikely to happen anymore? I think we def want to x raise gii this one in such drawy board not blocking any of his many potential draws, so how would you fill your check raise range here if you decide to have one(?) I think this one fits completely fine, also spr is not too god to be check calling here

I agree that playing A7o OOP is asking for though spots, i would 3bet pre to end the hand right away.

As played i like your line vs a tight player. Vs an agro i would just call the turn to let him jam his blufs on the river.
