Any way I can/should avoid getting stacked here?

Doubt you can avoid getting stacked due to how short you are. If you cbet and he jams are you really folding? I think it's an unavoidable get it in on flop situation for the most part unless you take the nittiest of approaches.
AA on QJx, JTx, KQx is trouble. You block half of AQ combos that is the only hand that you are winning that will call. KQ must fold because you never shove QT there.
This is true and I realised that this is a terrible board for me but can I really check/fold bet/fold?
Having the Ah gives you additional value to x/c strategy, since you can x/s any heart turn. Someone can argue that are a bunch of bad turns for you and it decreases the value of x/c, but against his betting range and our x/c range, we increase equity on A/K/T/9 turns and those cards may scare him. So, when we merge AhAd on this range, that a bunch of rundowns that will be good for our range and protect our equity with AhA here. (not sure if it is clear here, in I am in a hurry)
I would x/c, x/f on K/T/9 and bricks. I would x/s turn 8/heart/A.
I think we can get away from this hand just because I have so many experience getting stacked on very similar situations that I learned ;D
Thanks again, do you no think check calling then folding on a brick allows us to be blown off the hand by too many draws/p+gutters?
I think his betting twice range against our x/c range that improves in a lot of turn cards should be narrowed enough to that overbluffing this spot against a tight x/c range on this texture lets us exploit him more than he exploits us by betting twice, since stacks are so shallow and we are getting an amazing price to x/s a bunch of hands that falls on this same category.
I am not sure if he is bettting 88/QJ on this turn Ts. Betting to bet/call seems a mistake because you should be unbalanced on your x/s range to 99/T9/Q9/J9/ since the board is rainbow ott and you can't x/s many hands.
Seems standard. Just one of those things. Do think you should CB though, don't want to give a free card or make the board any scarier for worse hands that will call or raise now.
Thanks for replys. My reasoning at the time for check raising was that I felt that he's obliged with stack sizes to fire with his entire range and felt it gave me better chance to get value from his air and 1p hands that need to protect on such a wet board.
