So, here I got a little confused. Villains are both randoms to me, no reads on either.

I think pre is standard, and I think flop is standard. I was probably check/calling flop. On turn, I was torn between leading out now that we picked up a bunch more equity, c/c, and c/r. At the time I know I didn't c/r because I would have had to fold all that equity to a shove, but looking back now I think c/r is better because he has almost no b/3b range on turn after checking the flop, except maybe 86, J8 and the other two 7s. River just seems like he's going for thin value with Tx, so I thought about c/r, but we don't really rep too much there either. Confusing hand, feel like I should have taken it down somewhere.

I don't mind c/r'ing here although my standard is to just c/c. As long as you are almost always barreling river I think this line is going to show a profit. My only hesitation is the fact that we are trying to bluff a random in a large field, super-soft tourney, where there are so many easy spots to pick up chips.

I think x/r > b > x/c on the turn. You have one of the best hands in your range to bluff with and it's really hard for anyone to call twice. I think betting gets close to x/r just because someone having the chance to check back AJ twice is pretty terrible for you, but someone almost always bets turn after flop checks around

Think turn is a super straightforward bet. UTG + 1 checked in position and SB checked twice so both of their ranges are really weak. I'd rather just bet turn and set my own price (something like 775 should work well). Think c/r is better than c/c though.
