Sorry - I beg to differ.......love the late stage stuff especially FT - this is when it really matters and is the most difficult stage to play - each decision is crucial and ICM makes it critical....more late stage ITM and FT please! Also very exciting to see the great players battle it out for the big monies
@Siroko, I had the same feeling and did the same comment in video request thread.
@ Nitty , you are right that FT is important, and no problem to get some stuff on that, but it is really too much, it is close to be only that kind of vids. How much final table you make compare to the number of tournament you play? I think training vids have to focus more on how to get there, how to manage your tournament, how do you approach different stage with different stack size, how do you build some strategies, range based on your table dynamics and population, how you can study to improve pre and post flop.
first I think it is to learn how to increase your late stage % and fix leaks in the middle stage or early stage, because it is where you are playing most of your hands. what I'm waiting from a training vids it is not only, look, I won the final table, it is to teach me how to be better at MTT. and for sure it doesn't start by watching final tables or learning push/fold table, but more on improve my middle stage game, and help to find the right EV spot to get to the final table.
I Agree also. Akira Ohyama and Paul Senter have some good vids going from Early/mid stage to FTs. Would recommend them. I personally would like a lot more theory vids in the mtt elite. I really enjoy Sam greenwoods videos just feel that there is never enough.
it really sucks all these final table videos, it looks like easier to make a vid and throw it on the site. sure it is more difficult to do theory vids, deep thinking vids but it has higher value for subscriber rather than a video show of the FT
