I think I have to start raising larger with premium pairs from early......this almost ended up 4 handed. TG for BB raising and very large too. Was my 4 bet too big? I wanted to get HU if possible and it looks like BB really likes his hand

At first glance it looks very safe.....but I don't want to slow play top set. If a Q,J or 10 comes on the turn and he wants to stack off I'll be in a tough spot. I'm hoping of course that he has KK but apparently not. If he did he's a better poker player than me. Was the bet size ok?
