1/4 to 1/3 sizing on flop or check down are both fine.
Disagree with 1/4 or 1/3 pot bet, BB has huge range advantage here and he has so many flop continues( any pair, flush draw open ender, gutshot) the only good reason to bet here would to be to get him off something like 55... also you have no backdoors and no barreling cards besides an ace maybe so I’d just try to get this hand to showdown and fold brick turns to a stab
Also a lot of Kxs Qxs that fold the flop, not just small pairs. The 1/3 flop bet is more of a one and done because most people are not defending 70% of their wide range so its more of an auto profit spot. Its not standard bet though, hence "or check."
