I dont have the exact stats on any of these villians right now but I think in this hand villian was playing ~18/10/4 (VPIP/PR/3B)

Whats ideal play here given were not exactly short and not really deep by any means.  27bb effective.  If I 4b to anything less than a jam im obv committed and calling all 5bets. So thats option A.  or B. would be to just flat see a flop.  Do we c bet a flop or do we c/c most flops that dont hit our range?  Whats the flop play on a Q94r board?
