Small pair on small board OOP

Blinds: t60/t120 (5 Players) UTG: 7,825
CO: 13,018
BN: 11,652
SB: 3,469 (Hero)
BB: 8,766
Preflop (180) Hero is SB with 6 6
UTG raises to 240, 2 folds, Hero calls 180, BB folds
UTG is 41/24 over small sample, clearly opening really wide
Flop (675) 7 3 3
Hero checks, UTG bets 240, Hero calls 240
Turn (1,155) 7 3 3 5
Hero checks, UTG bets 405, Hero calls 405
River (1,965) 7 3 3 5 A
Hero checks, UTG checks
Final Pot UTG wins and shows two pair, Sevens and Threes.
SB lost and shows two pair, Sixes and Threes.
UTG wins 1,965
He showed up with T7s.
Often in similar spots I am not sure whether to donk, check-call and check turn, check-call and lead some turns, or maybe even check-raise the flop.
What are your thought process here and in similar situations?
