shove it's ok?

I reviewed more spots of my last mtt session and i have a doubt about this hand.

IPoker, $0.80 Buy-in (600/1,200 blinds, 120 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 6 Players

SB: 32,576 (27.1 bb)
Hero (BB): 15,610 (13 bb)
UTG: 47,106 (39.3 bb)
MP: 96,807 (80.7 bb)
CO: 49,312 (41.1 bb)
BTN: 7,430 (6.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9c Tc
4 folds, SB raises to 2,400, Hero calls 1,200

Flop: (5,520) 9h Js 8s (2 players)
SB bets 3,600, Hero raises to 13,090 and is all-in, SB calls 9,490

Turn: (31,700) 2c (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: (31,700) 6c (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results: 31,700 pot
Final Board: 9h Js 8s 2c 6c
SB showed As Ah and won 31,700 (16,090 net)
Hero mucked 9c Tc and lost (-15,610 net)

I think which when the opponent bet this size, his range is most polarized on the value ( top pairs, flush draws), against his range, if he calls my shove, this spot is a coinflip.

I would not call this bet with only 13bb behind.
Either shove (looks like a nice spot there) or fold.

As played, there are only a few boards you could have hit better - so with your MidPair + OESD, yes its a shove.
