Hi!
Should i not bet OTF to fold bad turns? or shove flop to prevent bad turns?
I prefer shoving, since AQ is calling my pre bet, JJ, some draws.
Thanks!

Both shoving and the way you played it are close imo. They main difference is that by not shoving flop we get value from AK which is only 6 combos or less since he sometimes shoves them pre, and maybe some small % of AJs and KJs if he is bad (which seems to be the case).

I think vs a reasonable 4bet calling range, this flop is pretty ugly, since we are way ahead or way behind. For that reason, I think the way you played it is the best option, since we want to extract value from the hands that are folding to a flop shove.
