Just had the following situation at the final table of the Big 8.80 on stars.

3 players left. 3rd pays 3.6k, 2nd 5.1k and  1st 6.9k which is huge for me.

Chipleader ships his 11 million stack on the button

I'm in the SB and have around 3 million in chips and the shortstack 700k with the blinds being 80k/160k.

Chipleader had kq and i had AA but unfortunately i lost the hand and busted in 3rd.

Would it be right for ICM reasons to fold my AA there?
