Short Stack Play: First In Shoving Question Using SnG Wizard
While doing analysis in SnG Wizard, the application noted several hands in which it wanted me to shove when folded to me but those same hands lay outside of the GTO ranges prescribed in other theory material. After tweaking villain's calling ranges, SnG Wizard still finds it slightly +EV to shove 100% from CO for instance with 92o 7bb, in an ante game 9handed. It also has me shoving K3s and K9o from early positions for 10bb, also with antes 9handed.
Does this seem accurate? What conditions allows the short stack to shove very wide? Have i not told the program to adjust for bubble considerations? I'm very surprised to see such wide ranges prescribed. Do I need to add extra parameters to make a more accurate result?
