Fairly early on in the tournament but it is already obvious opener is a big spot running 70/5 thus far. The reg who 3bets has been constantly iso raising his limps and three betting to get the pots heads up with the opener.

Because of how often reg is iso 3betting in this spot I think we are well ahead both their ranges so I plan to 4bet call. Once reg min clicks it back he looks insanely strong because opener is never folding but we get an insane price so I choose to abandon my original plan and just call.
