I think in the long run you are going to be better of just folding Q3o preflop. You are going to end up getting in way too many tricky spots. However, glad this one worked out for you.

This is just far too loose. Again I'm fine with opening loose, but I'd rather open like 65s or something that has at least some sort of potential, not Q3o which is just utter crap. I mean I'm prob openfolding Q3o even in a hu match, let alone in a FR mtt..

I'm curious, what are your overall stats? LIke 50/45 or something similar?

I'm folding pre for sure. You aren't really committed if any other player shoves, but this hand plays so bad post when you get flatted. You really can't open this profitably in EP as a steal. Just from a few posts so far, I can tell you're opening way too wide in EP....all these paint/rag hands play terrible post.

well, if we know we can't steal profitably and we're going to check-fold most flops, what's the point of opening to begin with?
