Neither. You should just be raise folding here. That is, open the pot for a standard raise and fold if either of them 3-bet you.

You have way too many chips to just shove here. And to make it worse you are only getting called by a hand that dominates you.

Folding is way too tight and is not an option for any good player.

I agree with the above. if u were to watch a bunch of videos and found the authors of those videos in the exact same spot as yours, not one will have an open shove range, maybe some small pairs but that's most likely a stretch even
