I would agree that theory on this format is very important in today's MTT environment. I am curious how the population of regs are doing in Prog KO tournaments. How beatable are these games? Personally, I am not a fan of these for a few reasons: rake is high, we are forced to take super thin edges for bounties which increases variance, fish are aware of the necessity of calling wide for bounties as well and them not ever folding is actually a decent strategy compared to deep stack MTTs where we can ravage them.

All negativity aside I think you are absolutely right about needing some content as these make up a decent portion of the Stars schedule nowadays. Perhaps some topics covered could be things like:
-Maths on bounties
-Overall theory of how to play these optimally (ie get bounty horny at all costs or play for first and pass on thin spots for bounties)
-Certain metas that we can incorporate (ie jamming our stack when we are covered as a bluff to make it look like we want a call because of our bounty).

I amongst many other Regs love the PSKO. It serves everybody, less variance which is good for everyone including fish. The rake is acually exatly same as a normal Shootout. First of all a ton of people adjust absolutely horrible in these. Most common things is people absolutely going banans for small bounties. Any bounty really. Stacking off 20-100BB for 25-50% buy in in super -EV spots. This for all buy ins even 215$ PSKO. Like not justifiable mistakes whatsoever. The fact that people are calling so wide and playing super exploitative is great. We are not forced to take super thin edges for bounties. That makes no sense dude. The best strategy is play it like a normal MTT, be aware of the bounty hunters and that you will get much more value from those guys. Dont go crazy for bounties at all. Only later when bounties are really big you can consider going for them but always look at POS and so on. No need to overthink these just take it easy and pay attention, there is no rush to get bounties, once you get ITM you have your full buy in back. I have reached several FT`s in these without getting a single bounty or just 1 or 2. Then proceed to binking them to get the entire bounty as last man standing which is huge. (25% of the pricepool).
