Pokerstars.fr Sunday million Nut flush draw on the flop

CO: 11820
BN: 36908
SB: 36184
BB: 118506
UTG: 36031 (Hero)
UTG1: 16395
UTG2: 31731
LJ: 18798
HJ: 19070
qualifiy through satellites, not usually play these kind of stake. half the day one,4 hours played, left 4 to the day 2. I found finally easy table and double up KK vs 55 who call my three barrels on 32893 board

not too much read, table is quite loose, with lot of cold call and limp behind with crazy hands. UTG1 is quite nitty, CO loose passive and button 38/16/6 over 50 hands saw him flat with AA.
Preflop (900) (9 Players)
Hero was dealt A J
Hero raises to 1320, UTG1 calls 1320, UTG2 folds, LJ folds, HJ folds, CO calls 1320, BN raises to 4940, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls 3620, UTG1 folds, CO folds
so here already struggle with my decision. can it be a fold regarding the action behind? I decided to call with suited.
Flop (13420) 5 K 2 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets 9600, Hero raises to 31021, and is all in, BN calls 21421
CB quite big, guess is afraid about the flush draw on the flop. is it a clear get it in spot regarding the stack size and situation in the tournament? could have been just a call and see what happen on the river?
in general what is the best on these kind of spot.
I've got barely the odds to call so I guess is at least a call, but do you engage your tournament life there?
Turn (75462) 5 K 2 K (2 Players)
River (75462) 5 K 2 K 3 (2 Players)
Final Pot
Hero has A J BN has A A BN wins 76092
out of the tournament !
