No info against this player, maybe he's a MS-reg.
What are the best line against:
1) nitty reg
2) TAG who flats IP hands like AQs-ATs, pair, Broadway suited and medium CS like T9s or 98s.
3) fishy
I think he could have Ax( or some floats ) + PP that call OTF but folding against second barell and so i think that x/c the turn I'm taking value from this part of his range.
Which kind of line is better then others?
x/c turn to c/f river? .....wtf ?
bet flop smallish, bet turn and b/f river?
check flop and bet turn + bet river?
Any suggestion?

Pre ante I'd make the 3bet a little larger, 450-480. Probably check calling flop you have very few Qx on your range to bet cbetting and you don't have three streets against JJ-. If it goes check through may bet small turn and a bit larger river.
Raise larger pre, the blinds are tiny and no antes + hes raised from utg+1 so should have a hand he will continue with.
i think c-betting flop is fine as you are getting floated alot. i think if you are flatting his turn bet here we need to be calling his river shove nearly always. Otherwise why call the turn? wer not expecting to improve and it doesnt check through often enough.
i think the best line with stack sizes is to check the flop. hoping to x/c flop, x/shove turn. if villain checks back on the flop we can bet out on the turn and river and if he checks behind on the turn we can value bet river.
if it goes x/x on turn i like a over bet on the river to polorize our range on the double paired board and get value from bluff catchers like 66,77,88 or a high, k high.
Yeah preflop is not great, we're too face up. You make it 5bb with 40bb eff in a spot where clearly you range is nutted (3B SB vs EP pre-ante...). I think you're vulnerable to making mistakes, but will induce little mistakes from your opponent (unless you 3b a wide range pre-ante even in that situation! which you totally can).
I'd make it 7 or 8bb with all the hands I choose to 3b, or I'd just flat at this stage and bank on deceptive value of my hand postflop.
