Overpair early levels

Blinds: t15/t30 (9 Players) CO: 3,410
BN: 2,960
SB: 3,310
BB: 2,580
UTG: 2,760
UTG+1: 3,120
MP: 2,770 (Hero)
MP+1: 3,240
MP+2: 2,850
Unknown guys, MP2 seems to be fish
Preflop (45) Hero is MP with Q Q
UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to 75, Hero calls 75, MP+1 folds, MP+2 calls 75, 3 folds, BB calls 45
Not sure what better her: call or 3bet? I think we can mix it up
Flop (315) J 3 6
BB checks, UTG+1 bets 180, Hero raises to 450, MP+2 folds, BB folds, UTG+1 raises to 1,080, Hero raises to 2,695 and is all in, UTG+1 calls 1,615
Here I dont like calling nor raising. Whats the best line in your opinion?
Turn (5,705) J 3 6 A
River (5,705) J 3 6 A 9

QQ is the theoretical 6th nuts against UTG range. It is a perfect hand to call, realise your equity and maybe fold on A/K turns but sometimes I'd still call. He can overplay AJ, for example, but it is small portion of his gii range

First of all: 3 bet pre flop always with premium hands QQ+
Specially on the early levels.

Flop was normal action, Im going all in too

Without any history or reads it looks like villain has AA or KK. Folding isnt impossible considering you did not raise pre. I agree with raising preflop, it puts you in less awkward positions postflop. I think a flat call can be good as long as you know you can take advantage of a certain player postflop.
