what should be the optimal strategy in hyper turbo rebuy MTTs where:
buyin, rebuy and addon costs the same $, but are buyin rebuy 1500c and addon 7000c
rebuy phase is 16 blind levels and late reg is to 10. blind level.

It should not be the optimal strategy to register a tournament at the end of the late reg, I risked "expensive" chips in preflop confrontations? And how is it with double rebuys? There double rebuys waste of money for the size rebuy / addon?
