So I found myself in this multiway pot, with one shortstack already all in. Gettting 2nd pair + backdoor flush, is it better to check/call, or do a cbet to aisolate like I did?

yeah I think you did fine here isoing here, I like it. the shortstacker can be very wide and you can get some value out of it

on the flop id bet to thin the field and get value from broadways, fd etc.. once the turn comes id rather control the pot and check/call if villain had called on the flop and see a river, id prolly check fold if he were to bet the river especially having to mandatory showdown his hand, people tend to bluff less frequently when somebodys all in.
