Being a cash game player, the least area of interest I would worry about is post flop, I'm sure you will be very well equipped for post flop play versus mtt players.

One thing you should worry about is the constant changing of your stack and the effective stack(those around the table). Robust equity(a hand like 79hh) is much more important for deep stacks. non-robust equity is more important as stacks get shallower (A8 offsuit). For instance, 79hh from the CO may be a more profitable open than A8o when everyone has 200 bb's, but if everyone has 12bb's it will be quite the opposite :).

I would be looking at push/call ranges also, as that's what tourney poker equates to a lot of the time. ICMizer would be very suitable for this type of study. You will also need to look at ICM spots. In a tournament, and especially when ITM or nearing bubbles, ICM is a factor. Players who are not involved in the hand still matter, unlike cash game play. If we are down to three people in a MTT and we are battling versus the chip leader as the second place guy, best believe that you must consider the guys stack who is in third. Whether that 3rd place guy has 5bb's or 25bb's is going to drastically change our strategy when we are involved or thinking about getting involved with the chip leader, clearly this is not the case in cash games. In cash play every chip retains it's value, in tourney poker(as long as it is not 100% to first) chips do not retain their value. Generally speaking, chips lost hurt us more than that same amount of chips gained.
