What do you think? I am not really sure how to play on the turn not only in this particular hand but in other situations where I have a strong combo-draw and I don't want to get checked-raised or shoved on.

I'd just bet until the dealer stop putting cards on the middle. When you x/s he can fold worse flush draws that won't fold to a river bet if you guys hit.
And if I bet turn and he raises or shoves?
why would he shove or raise on the blankest card on earth
if he has QJ or something he will just let you bluff him another street
anyway, I don't think b/c draws are the best option
raphael, we totally lose out on realizing equity. and if he has QJ, you say he will 'let us keep bluffing' but most players aren't pure air balling here, they are gunna have meduim-strong semi bluffs that hate getting jammed on.
Well, it's not that in micro MTTs we can always assume that he is raising his sets or two pairs on the flop because you know, sometimes they just want to slow play on the flop and raise turn, because in recreational player's mind it's a good idea. Therefore, I want to know if we should always stab turn here and what to do if we get raised. I pretty often get raised off from my draws and I tend to play them now more cautiously, but I guess I must pay more attention to board texture and opponent's range of hands.
I like this line a lot. We can have a good range on c/s here and also we can get villain to fold hands that obv beats us.
what do you think he folded
there is some jacks in his range where he can bet turn o check river for value, which he will go betfold on turn vs a c/s there is AK,A10 combos
dont you agree?
Jx doesn't need that much protection since the check-bet range still will have some weak Qx. AK should 3bet pre and AT is a pretty easy check back
oh and forgot the axs combos that he might betfold.
What do you give the betfold villains range?
98/T8/KT/T9 hands that against hero x/c range they have no sd equity and need to bluff twice to scoop it
of course he can show up with JT sometimes but makes no much sense to bet there
a lot of that range he will fold pre
from the CO ? really ?
really.
Man, I like the way you played that hand, probably would have play in the same way.
You have 17 outs that will give you "nuts" and with you think you are in the middle of a grind, I prefere go all in and double up. If the river is not any of my cards = GG
Close and open other tournament
The 4 changes nothing here. His range is capped, I feel he will raise 66 QJ because it is quite a wet/dynamic flop, sometimes AQ if he doesn't 3bet much. He will almost always 3B JJ+ so not a lot of strong hands in his range. He is much more weighted towards mediocre Q,J, the occasional float with Ax, pocket pair that got stubborn, which could fold to the 2nd or 3rd barrel. Also he could have worse FDs and SDs when you hit you win a big pot.
I feel the best line is Bet,Bet,Bet
