Should we call or Fold?

Hi!
I had a problem in $22 PS super Knockout MTT.
Opponent is a TAG.

There are two questions:
1) What is the most proftitable way to play KK OOP with 40BB stack vs probably Tight 3bet range, 4-bet or 4-bet-shove, call?
2) As it played what to do on a river? How often he will be bluffing? What range he could have?
