this may be a typical  "move to bbv" or just results o type of thinking. but how much value should i be playing low 2 pair type hands in your typical midstakes unlimited hold em game? im fairly new, (less than 100k hands on my first real commitment to grinding cash and not being a fish in the online 6max games)

Over a decent sample of my recent few thousand hands i have found myself losing money with bottom two pair type hands. like heres a decent example. 

last night 400nl hu i complete 65o to a min raise and flop two pair on 6510dd (i dont bdfd) solid reg type cbets standard size. i check raise to 3x or whatever he flats and now theres the issue

like is this hand strong enough to c/r in a spot whether it be flop/turn etc, and look to play for 100bb stacks? but it could be in a variety of spots where i check raise before the river and theres close to a psb left or maybe a bit more than pot, where theres still a decent amount left to play for and villain holds that can now maybe be a bit stronger than mine, or the board has changed a bit and now im kinda like this is gross
