Hey all,
I check back because i have good showdown and a strong bluff catcher(blocking Q9 and a large portion of two pair combos) when villain decides to lead turn.
The BB has a range advantage on this texture.
Villain had taken a nr of spots previous including 2x 3bet squeeze folding pre and 1x cold 4bet folding.
On the back of this information this villain would lead turn a high frequency.
Is it fair to assume villain will lead turn with all straights, two pair, sets, flushdraws, weakpair plus gutter and maybe even a bare gutter( as it has blocking effects).
We block a large portion of villains value range straights, two pairs and 2x combos of sets. This means that if we can assign the above range to villain and run his range combos using card removal with Q10 his bluff combos will outweigh his value combos significantly.
On the turn i was ready to go into call down mode until the big overbet came out.. it stopped me in my tracks and left me very unsure of the situation
Equitywise we have an easy call don turn if he bets as high as around 70%.
But as played with this overbet should we still be calling turn and any brick river?
All thoughts really appreciated!!
