I have started using Holdem Resources Calculator recently and there is a somewhat specific group of spots I am interested in analyzing. I would like to construct preflop ranges for 22bb or less effective stacks when folded to in CO,BTN, or SB. I would like to construct the following ranges for these spots:

-Open Fold Range
-Open Jam Range
-Raise/fold Range (2x OK)
-Raise/call Range (2x)

I feel like I am approaching this wrong and it's taking me forever to analyze one spot. In an HRC advanced hand sim which allows either raising to 2x or jamming, I am basically coming up with ranges, defining my ranges for minraise, jam, and my fold and call ranges vs 3bet. I then run the sim and see that a bunch of my hands for open jamming are quite -EV. Also half of my raise/call range is -EV (this makes sense since I am trying to have a balanced raising range). I guess the next step would be to re adjust all my ranges and run the sim again, but doing this over and over doesn't seem like the optimal way to construct our ranges. Also, when I set a range for min raising and lock it in, then set my jamming range, I can select all cards still and If I accidentally click on one combo that I already put in my 2x range it screws everything up and I basically have to start selecting all ranges over again. This might just be something the software is lacking, just feeling like I am doing this all wrong. If anyone can provide feedback that would be much appreciated!
