How to calculate bounty
Ok for example BB109 you get a 25$ starting bounty 100/25=4 5000 starting stack divided by 4= 1250 so one bounty is worth 1250 chips?
Lets say villain has 1250 chips at blind level 15/30 (42bb) he raises all-in. Do we call with any 2 in the bb? If Not, why?

yes, at least this is the way i learn from bencb.
i think in this hand we need like 33% agaist shove range, right?
Exactly, as Matheus has pointed out, the value of villain's bounty in chips would equal his chip stack at the table (in this specific scenario), requiring us to call 1250 to win ~2500, meaning we need roughly 33% equity to break even.
Depending on how tight or wide of a shoving range we assign to villain, we may be able to call with any two. Against tight ranges any two doesn't have 33% equity, so this spot is still likely not an automatic call with any two.

Thank you in advance
