How do I prepare for live Mid and High Stakes MTT "Traps" when I get suckered in at Low Stakes MTT

I'm a beginner LW player who plays horrible TAG and I often lose to donkey all-in calls like...

A 8 vs. A K. Flop had A 8, he is first to act and he checks. On the turn, a 5 came up and he shoves all-in. Since he checked on the flop, I was reading him as having top pair with a lower kicker.

Reverse of this is limping with AA so on the flop, the player gets trips but he slow played it until he gets a full house on the river. Once again, I could not read his hand because I had the lower chips but I was afraid of a low pocket which he had but once I received the actual two pairs I do not know how to test raise his hand since I am in deep waters.

There are other hands such as not shoving all-in with two pairs on the flop and opponent gets his higher two pair on the river or I had flush draw and straight draw but opponent has A K suited so it did not matter how I had the flush and if these were isolated cases, I guess these would be considered bad beats but ever since I try practicing changing my betting habits to raises I get sucked in by these kinds of cards which prevents me from doing well in tournaments.

The toughest part is where better players can play loose (semi-bluff) and I am afraid to call them out despite a read because of these kinds of previous bad beats so I stay TW then raise like LW and stay in a tournament longer than them but I end up getting into an inconsistent tight spot where I am usually folding to reraises because I raise something callable and vice versa I get over aggressive because my set up ends up getting sets but when these low stake opponents raise all-in I already put too much in.
