Does anyone of you know which are "good" bb/100 (losing)rates to have for bigblind and smallblind defense? Im doing a bunch of pokertracker analysis stuff lately, but in some cases its hard to evaluate the numbers because I have nothing to compare it with.

For MTT players its uncommon to talk about bb/100, so not sure if there is much discussion about this out there.
