FTP::350Kguarantee::3 hands review

starting stack = 6000 chips, buy in = 200$ +16
I have cca 6800 chips , I started T pretty ok and tried to play as tight as possible.
I am in position number 2. Blinds: 40 80.
UTG raises to 160, I call IP with AQo, all the others fold. FLOP: KT3r. (pot=440)
Villain bets 300, I call. ( pot = 1040). TURN:8, now villain checks, I bet 450 - he calls. ( pot = 1940)
RIVER: 6r, villain checks.

I was holding black AA on position 2 with 4300 stack. Blinds:40 80 ( not long after hand one). UTG limps, I limp... ( I hoped as I am in EP, someone else calls and then BTN 3-bets, which exactly happened as I predicted).
SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls..... Pot is now cca 1500.

Blinds: 50 100. I had 5300 and somehow decided to raise to 200 with KTo in EP (neglecting possibility for opponent's KQ or KJ, not mentioning other strong hands and my play OOP). I got re-raised to 500 by BTN, I was thinking to escape cheaply , but my ego told me to call. I thought it's classic 3-bet with hands like AX, X in {Q,J,T} for instance...Low pair was the option.. BB also called...
FLOP: K92, 2 clubs. BB checks, I check, BTN bets 900. Pot is 1550 + 900. stack(BTN) = cca 6000 before this hand.
