2 folds, Hero raises to 20,000, BB raises to 56,000, Hero calls 36,000
Flop (115,800) Q 6 5
Hero checks, BB bets 56,000, Hero folds
Final Pot BB wins 115,800

I just felt here that i dont want to c/r since it puts me in so much risk and there is no reason for that with the 2 shorties. I just felt that the pot+stacks are kinda uncomfortable to just flat oop, Pot was 171 after his bet so on turn if i flat it would be around 240 and he has 180 behind.

I think you played it great. Raise/call PF is fine and x/f flop is ok. With 2 really smalls stacks, doesnt worth to fight in a big pot the other big stack. You will have better spot.
