FT 250, 40/80 capped range faces jam on river

Blinds: $40.00/$80.00 (9 Players) CO: $5175.00
BN: $12945.00
SB: $10516.00
BB: $3070.00
UTG: $6055.00
UTG+1: $4775.00
MP: $5490.00
MP+1: $5894.00 (Hero)
MP+2: $2930.00
Hero is an unknown at what appears to me to be a tough table. I had relatively tight stats and a low cbet % relative to most regs.

Btn is 13/6/0 over 50ish hands with low aggression.
Preflop ($120.00) Hero is MP+1 with Q Q
3 folds, Hero raises to $200.00, 2 folds, BN calls $200.00, SB calls $160.00, BB folds
Flop ($680.00) 6 K 9
SB checks, Hero checks, BN checks
Thoughts here? I think its a good hand to check but perhaps our hand is face-up when we take this line? Should we be checking KK combos here?
Turn ($680.00) 6 K 9 5
SB checks, Hero bets $350.00, BN calls $350.00, SB folds
b/x probably b/f.

Is it standard for villains to call here on a wet board with a player behind with 78s or 55?
River ($1380.00) 6 K 9 5 2
Hero bets $700.00, BN raises to $12395.00 and is all in, Hero folds
Final Pot BN wins $2780.00

I'm not experienced in MTTs. Are regs bluffing jamming rivers with MSDV(77/88?) vs randoms here?

With this sizing ott & otr your value range is face up so I think its quite possible villain could overbluff river spot given his value range is like 10 combos (which should be discounted given he would some of his best faster some non-zero % of times).

I like betting turn generally espeically after SB checked twice, I think checking turn is giving away too much equity 3 way given both opponents could have significant amount of mid/bottom pairs many of which gained equity on this turn card.
