CO raises to 3,200, BN folds, Hero calls 2,400, BB folds

Flop (8,600) Q 9 8

Hero checks, CO bets 3,777, Hero folds

All players left are relatively strong.

I opted to flat and jam over the BB squeeze, as he'd been 3-betting often (21% over 51 hands).

But we have to check/fold most flops with this line.
But then do you 3-bet jam preflop? Or are you 3-bet/folding?
