Final 7 in Poker stars mini Monday. 21bb icm open shove too much?

Hey guys, got one here for you.
Im almost certain i like an open shove here with anything up to 18 bb for the following reasons.
. Every stack can potentially shove putting us in a nightmare icm spot.
. Big blind is a very very good reg who will defend correctly and play well down the streets.
. SB is an inexperienced aggro rec with 3 bet of 15% and has shown in previous hands he can re steal 20bb with small pockets and suited broadways. Calling a shove from him would be obv +chip ev but not so great $ ev.
But Is 21BB too much to open shove? What line do we think is best?
Perhaps raise/ folding vs CO, BTN and BB and sigh calling SB would be better. Highly expoitable vs good players though.(which co and bb are)
Help please!
The replayer hasn't picked up the antes for some reason so the pre action pot is 550000 not 375000

I think however you play it given the table dynamic and the fact you're 7 way (6 after utg folds) AQs is too strong to fold. Having said that I wouldn't mind either option- pushing or raising for value even against the good players. You might well have those hands killed that decide to jam on you if these players are as good/ agro as you say. Maybe it depends what types of ranges you have developed from early position raises/ what you have showed down from early position. What might your HUD be displaying for them to see from EP? thoughts?
i think you can open shove here so you can't be exploitable, when we raise and get jam on we have to fold most of times, but imo you can raise/fold sometimes depending on the table dynamic i guess.
if you put the payouts here we could see it on icmizer :)

I agree with aramsay's points, with stacks being fairly even in size and no short stacks on the table, ICM pressure/importance is comparatively low and chip EV becomes more relevant. Without payouts it is difficult to say what shoving range will be profitable in your position with your stacks, but I'm fairly certain that AQs is strong enough to yield a positive outcome.
However, that doesn't mean that shoving here is the most profitable outcome. As we can disregard ICM implications to some extent, we should consider open-raising with the intention of calling a shove to induce weaker hands, such as AT+ or KQ, to reshove on us instead. By doing that, we keep villain's get-it-in range wider, giving us more equity against his range and therefore making an all-in situation more profitable for us.
