Facing other massive stack early in $10 MTT

Had this hand come up in a $10 MTT on Bovada. Villain was fairly new at the table, amassed his big stack by quadrupling up with KK UTG 6 or 7 hands before this. I had just won a pretty big pot as well 2 hands before this with QQ vs 1010 but no hands directly against villain.

Blinds: 200/400 (average stack around 14K, we're currently in 3rd in chips overall)

Hero in MP1 with 49,549
Villain in HJ with 46,644

Preflop: Hero dealt JsJh
2 folds, Hero raises to 925, fold, Villain raises to 2,700, 4 folds...

Flop: Qc4c10s
Hero checks, Villain bets 2,900 (into 6,360), Hero calls

Turn: Qh
Hero checks, Villain bets 6,175 (into 12,160), Hero...

Not sure what the best play here is. I hate raising and having to fold to a shove when we're super deep against another huge stack. I think call turn and fold on river if we don't improve is probably right but would love your opinions.
