Blinds: t40/t80 (5 Players) UTG: 1,667
CO: 958
BN: 1,804
SB: 5,100
BB: 3,971 (Hero)
SB is very loose and i have seen him going all in with hands like K2o in early stages of the tournament
Preflop (120) Hero is BB with Q A
3 folds, SB calls 40, Hero raises to 240, SB calls 160
Flop (530) 4 T 4
SB checks, Hero bets 530, SB raises to 1,060, Hero raises to 3,721 and is all in, SB calls 2,661
Turn (7,972) 4 T 4 J
River (7,972) 4 T 4 J 2
Final Pot SB wins and shows a full house, Fours full of Jacks.
BB lost and shows a pair of Fours.
SB wins 7,972

I like your pre-flop raise, building the pot in position against a weak range with AQ, could even size up against someone limping a very wide range to 280-320ish.
On the flop a c-bet can be very effective in making him fold hands like T9o or 87 that have decent equity and will fold for a small bet. I don't think any pair ever folds to a flop bet. Therefore I would c-bet around 1/3 pot on this dry texture. Betting full pot doesn't accomplish much, better hands will always call and worse will fold.
As played I don't think villain is ever check raising your pot sized c-bet as a bluff on this board. So I would fold flop in your situation. Had you c-bet 175 into 530 on the flop and he check-raised small you could float as AQ high is near the top of your range.
