Defending my SB completes vs raises


So how wide should I defend my SB completes against a 3x raise. I think J5s is close but people tend to not raise enough against completes and end up with a stronger range so i folded. I would fold J4s for sure and probably defend J6s. What do you think ? Also what suited Q would be the lowest to defend after you limp and get raised?
