Deepish in $400NL two day at Foxwoods. Shove AJ?

Eff stacks-Villain 95k Hero 84k
Hero holds AJo in the cutoff
Jam, flat, or fold here?
Villain has has had a fairly tight image for 2hrs+ opening maybe 5 hands total
Blinds jumping to 4k/8k in about 10 mins (40 min levels)
Despite villains tight image is this always a standard shove?
My thoughts were jam>fold>flat
